Services are provided with reasonable care and skill, but Clean Haven does not guarantee sterilization, medical-grade disinfection, or the removal of every allergen. Clean Haven is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, unsafe access conditions, or matters outside the agreed cleaning scope, and it does not perform hazardous waste removal, pest control, mold remediation, exterior high-rise work, or specialist restoration.
